Inquiries:
Archives nationales du Québec (ANQ), staff will retrieve records for researchers. The location code must first be obtained from their database. Civil registers up to 1899 can be consulted only on the ANQ's microfilm copies. For personal records dating after 1899 consult the Conference archivist. Telephone and written inquiries will be answered by the Conference Archivist. If you are unable to come to the archives in person, we will suggest the name of an independent researcher who will work on a fee for service basis.
