Report Book - Cahier des rapports

In past years, we have printed 300 complete report books, at a cost of $4.00 each, for a total of $1,200.00.  As well, each book comprises 134 pages or 67 pieces of paper, for a total of 20,000 sheets of paper.

The Planning Committee recognizes that:

1. All reports must be available to every delegate, BUT
2. That many delegates read the reports beforehand, and do not refer to much of the report book during the AGM
3. That the report book is available on the website before the AGM

Therefore, the Planning Committee would like to offer you a choice

1. To receive a full printed copy of the Report Book, as in other years
2. OR to go to the website to read, or download and read, the full reports and to receive a booklet that would include the following:

• Agenda
• Candidate information
• Retiree information

NOTE:  That there would be one copy of the full report book on each table, and that financial reports and budgets will be distributed at the AGM, as in recent years.

 Les années précédantes, nous avons imprimé 300 cahiers des rapports, à un coût de 4$ chacun, pour un total de 1 200$ .  De plus, chaque cahier comprend 134 pages ou 67 feuilles de papier, pour un total de 20 000 feuilles .

Le comité de planification de l'Assemblée annuelle reconnaît que :

1. Tous les rapports doivent être disponibles à tous les délégués(es), MAIS
2. Beaucoup de délégués(es) lisent les rapports avant l'Assemblée, et ne font plus beaucoup de référence au cahier des rapports pendant l'Assemblée
3. Le cahier des rapports est disponible au site web avant l'Assemblée.

Donc, le comité de planification vous propose un choix

1. Soit de reçevoir un exemplaire imprimé complet du cahier des rapports, comme lors des années précédentes
2. Soit d'aller sur le site web pour lire, ou télécharger et lire les rapports complets et de recevoir un petit cahier incluant les éléments suivants :

• Le programme
• Les informations sur les candidats(es)
• Les informations sur les retraités(es)

À NOTER:  Il y aura un exemplaire du cahier des rapports complet sur chaque table, et les rapports financiers ainsi que le budget seront distribués à l'Assemblée, comme lors des dernières années.
